About The Position

Ferguson is seeking an Installation Coordinator to support installation operations and customer service. The coordinator maintains relationships with an assigned customer base, works with sales teams to understand customer requirements, reviews and updates work orders, and coordinates pre-site visits, deliveries, and installations. The role also maintains installation records and calendars, processes job documentation, provides pricing for requested services, and serves as a point of contact for customer questions and concerns. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

Ability to apply expert-level product and installation knowledge.
Ability to organize and prioritize work and communicate effectively.
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

Prior installation coordinating experience.
Experience with routing and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers, including key accounts, and help ensure their satisfaction with products and services.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements.
Review and modify work orders to ensure accuracy of scope, clarity, required dates, customer contact information, and product availability.
Contact customers to schedule pre-site visits, deliveries, and installations.
Update the Installation Calendar with relevant job conditions.
Track and record installation counts by product type.
Receive and store pre-site notes, exit checklists, change orders, pictures, and invoices, and process customer advocacy.
Provide customers with formal and final pricing for requested services.
Serve as a point of contact for questions, concerns, and complaints.
