About The Position

Under moderate supervision, the Installation Coordinator coordinates installation activities, paperwork, and repairs for the Installation department. The role keeps management informed about delivery issues, material shortages, backorders, and customer complaints. It coordinates product and material delivery and installation at customer sites, supports timely resolution of customer complaints, obtains building permits, and ensures local permits are obtained, inspected, and signed off. The coordinator also tracks warranty accounts, handles claims, and resolves customer complaints.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Educational Degree (GED) and one year of assembly or clerical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Coordinate delivery and installation of products and materials at customer sites.
