Installation Coordinator Install - Indirect
About The Position
Under moderate supervision, the Installation Coordinator coordinates installation activities, paperwork, and repairs for the Installation department. The role keeps management informed about delivery issues, material shortages, backorders, and customer complaints. It coordinates the delivery and installation of products or materials at customer sites, handles customer complaints in a timely manner, obtains required building permits, and ensures local permits are inspected and signed off. The position also tracks warranty accounts, handles claims, and resolves customer complaints.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and one year of assembly or clerical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
