About The Position

Works with clients to manage installation projects, performing duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Plans installation projects and coordinates resources, schedules, and quality standards to support timely completion and customer satisfaction. The role has no supervisory responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Analytical skills, including synthesizing complex information, collecting and researching data, and designing workflows and procedures.
• Problem-solving skills, including identifying and resolving problems, analyzing information, and developing alternative solutions.
• Project management skills, including developing plans, coordinating projects, communicating changes and progress, and completing projects on time and within budget.
• Interpersonal, oral communication, leadership, quality management, planning and organizing, and productivity skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan installation projects, establishing priorities and sequences for installed products.
• Visit job sites before, during, and after installations to ensure quality standards are satisfactory and projects are completed on time.
• Confer with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and communicate recommendations for improvement to the Field Supervisor and/or Installation Manager.
• Review installation orders or schedules to determine the resources necessary to complete projects on time.
• Review reports and resolve problems to minimize costs and prevent installation delays.
• Develop or revise standard operational and working practices and observe workers to ensure compliance with standards.
• Compile, store, and retrieve production data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
