Installation Coordinator Install - Indirect
About The Position
Under moderate supervision, the Installation Coordinator coordinates installation activities, paperwork, and repairs for the Installation department. The role coordinates delivery and installation of products and materials at customer sites, keeps management informed about delivery issues, material shortages, backorders, and customer complaints, and ensures complaints are handled in a timely manner. The coordinator obtains building permits and ensures all local permits are obtained, inspected, and signed off. The role also tracks warranty accounts, handles claims, and resolves customer complaints.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED), and one year of assembly or clerical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
