About The Position
The Install Manager schedules and directs installation crews for new installations and service calls. The role supervises crews, assesses performance and worker productivity, and ensures compliance with health and safety codes. It also processes documentation for new and completed jobs and delivers completed job folders to the Scheduling Coordinator. The Install Manager addresses and resolves installation and service issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of residential production building or remodeling experience.
- At least 3 years of management or crew supervision experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and inspect the quality of employee or subcontractor installations and jobs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM tools such as i360 and Salesforce.
- Valid driver's license.
