About The Position

Best Buy Metals is seeking a customer-focused, bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking Inside Sales professional. The company sells, manufactures, and distributes metal building components and packages and has grown since 2002 to operate in more than eight locations across the southern region. This role focuses on building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, understanding project needs, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced sales environment.

Requirements

• One year of sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish; required.
• Advanced computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Background in a construction- or roofing-related field.
• Associate degree; listed as not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an unmatched customer service experience.
• Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones.
• Understand customer project needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through strategic processes.
• Execute outbound calling strategies.
• Continually grow product knowledge and share it with customers.
