About The Position

Jasper Engines & Transmissions is seeking a bilingual Inside Sales Representative at its Jasper, Indiana facility. The role is part of the Inside Sales Team and focuses on inbound sales calls, matching products to customers’ needs, building and sustaining customer relationships, and following up with customers. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

The position is onsite. During the first 4–6 weeks of training, the schedule is 8:30 a.m.–5:15 p.m. Eastern. After training, the regular shift is 9:15 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday, with a periodic Saturday shift from 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Eastern approximately every 10–12 weeks. Employees are also assigned one late-shift day per week, either 10:30 a.m.–7:15 p.m. or 11:15 a.m.–8:00 p.m. Eastern.

Pay is guaranteed during the initial training period based on experience. After training, the role earns commission, with total gross potential of $45,000–$60,000 or more per year. Requirements
