About The Position

ABC Supply is the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products. Inside Sales Associates provide customer service and help customers purchase products for roofing, building, and remodeling projects. The Bilingual Inside Sales Representative determines customer needs, recommends appropriate products and solutions, and supports sales and order fulfillment. The role requires speaking Spanish and English.

Requirements

• Bilingual speaking in Spanish and English is required.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of experience in roofing, siding, and windows, such as roofing supply sales or site work with a crew, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product and supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell additional products and supplies.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payment and apply it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time and all items are accounted for.
• Reorder products to keep store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns.
