Inside Sales Representative, Mid-Market, USA

Partly•Austin, TX
•Onsite

About The Position

Partly is hiring a phone-first, full-cycle Inside Sales Representative to sell its products to independent collision shops across Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding markets. The representative will work from Partly’s Austin office and report to the Head of Sales, USA. This is the first dedicated inside-sales hire focused on independent shops in the United States; insights from the role will help establish the sales playbook and support the onboarding of future hires. The role involves researching prospective shops, conducting high-volume outbound outreach, running discovery and live product demonstrations, and closing sales—often during the first call. For larger or more complex shops, the representative will manage follow-up conversations, review completed repair files with specialists, and make in-person visits where appropriate. They will hand closed customers over to Onboarding and Customer Success, maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting information in HubSpot, document effective sales practices, use AI tools to improve sales work, and share customer feedback with product and go-to-market teams. The position is based in Austin, with occasional local travel to visit shops. Partly connects employees with their nearest office for onboarding and covers travel and accommodation for quarterly team events. Relocation-cost assistance may be available for candidates relocating to join the company.

  • Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining detail and discipline.
  • Based in Austin and able to work from the Austin office, with occasional local travel to visit shops.
