About The Position

The role involves finding and following up on sales opportunities, learning pricing structures, routing qualified opportunities, identifying customer needs, recommending relevant solutions and services, maintaining customer records, and staying informed about competitors. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Previous inside sales or customer service experience.
Proficiency with ERP software or a similar database.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work through problems to reach a reasonable solution.
Strong listening and sales skills.
Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through inbound calls and emails.
Follow up on leads.
Learn multiple pricing structures for quoting.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate person for further development and closure.
Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
Upsell other company services that may be convenient for customers.
Maintain a database of current and potential customers.
Research and stay informed about industry competitors.
Work as part of a team to ensure accurate work and information.
Understand customer needs and expectations and provide relevant solutions.
Establish and maintain rapport with customers.
