About The Position

Perennials and Sutherland, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for its Boston Studio. Requirements

At least two years of inside sales experience, including order processing and payment deposits.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook inbox management.
Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the day.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential and existing clients in person, by phone, email, and online platforms to understand their needs and preferences.
Collaborate on interior projects, including assessing client needs, conceptual and schematic design, design development, and managing budgets and schedules.
Resolve customer concerns regarding products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
Prepare detailed, accurate sales quotes showing selected products, quantities, and pricing; present them professionally and promptly, and follow up with clients at appropriate times.
Use Salesforce to maintain accurate records of communications, quotes, and client interactions.
Work to achieve and exceed showroom sales goals.
Collaborate with the team to generate new clients and cultivate sales.
