About The Position
Manage incoming care inquiries across Skilled Home Health, Primary Care, and Personal Care. Engage prospective patients and families, convert leads into new clients, and support patient satisfaction through quality control calls. This is a full-time, on-site position at the company’s Chantilly, Virginia office, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of home health intake, admissions, healthcare sales, or related experience.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage high-volume inquiries and consistent follow-up.
Nice To Haves
- GoHighLevel or other CRM experience; training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Respond to new inquiries via phone, text, and email, providing information on services to convert leads into new clients.
- Track inquiries, interactions, and outcomes in GoHighLevel, maintaining an accurate pipeline to measure lead conversion.
- Conduct quality control calls with existing patients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for other services.
