About The Position

ABC Supply, the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative. The role provides customer service and sales support to help customers purchase products for roofing, building, and remodeling projects. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred, including roofing supply sales or site work with a crew.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product and supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell additional products and supplies.
• Answer telephone calls and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply them to the appropriate customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time and all items are accounted for.
• Reorder products to keep store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns.
