About The Position

Myriad is seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join its team in Mason, Ohio. The role focuses on qualifying and selling to healthcare providers while assisting patients throughout their journey. The representative will proactively engage healthcare professionals to educate them, answer questions, and maintain Myriad’s presence within an assigned territory. The team is dedicated to prioritizing patients’ mental health and increasing awareness among healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Excellent phone skills and the ability to quickly develop and manage relationships over the phone.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing external circumstances or internal needs.
• Ability to efficiently use systems, tools, and data to prioritize tasks and achieve results.
• Understanding of sales cycles and ability to track related data and remain accountable for results.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Nice To Haves

• BS/BA degree or equivalent.
• Prior inside sales experience.
• Healthcare experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.
• Experience with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and provide tailored, consultative solutions.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Close sales and consistently achieve quarterly quotas.
• Research existing and prospective accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in the company’s offerings.
• Maintain and expand a database of prospects and customers within the assigned territory.
• Work with sales partners to build a robust pipeline and close deals.
• Conduct engaging virtual sales calls to educate customers and showcase solutions.
