About The Position

Aldevron, one of Danaher’s operating companies, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their North American Sales Team. This role is responsible for full-cycle sales of research-grade products and manufacturing solutions, with a focus on feeding the GMP pipeline through qualified lead generation. The position supports technical qualification and value selling of modality-based solutions for cell and gene therapy developers. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of sales, technical or customer service experience in the life sciences, biotechnology, or a related technical industry
  • Demonstrated ability to learn, understand, and communicate complex scientific or technical concepts
  • Ability to travel 5-10% within territory or to company locations for client-facing or internal meetings

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle sales for research grade products and manufacturing solutions, from lead generation through deal closure, with disciplined funnel management
  • Proactively engage and grow a portfolio of research-grade clients, driving order growth through value-based selling
  • Identify, qualify, and transition GMP (clinical) leads to BDMs to build and accelerate the clinical pipeline
  • Collaborate with technical sales to support technical qualification and deliver modality-based solutions for cell and gene therapy developers
  • Partner with genomic medicine pioneers to solve complex drug development challenges and accelerate life-changing therapies
