About The Position

ABC Supply is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to help customers purchase products for roofing, building, and remodeling projects. The role provides customer service and sales support, including recommending products, processing orders and payments, coordinating pickups and deliveries, maintaining stock, and resolving service concerns. Nice To Haves

• One to two years of experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred, such as roofing supply sales or site work with a crew.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product and supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell additional products and supplies.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply them to the appropriate customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time and all items are accounted for.
• Reorder products to keep store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns.
