About The Position

Ferguson is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its sales team and quote valve and automation projects. The role supports outside sales associates on day-to-day and EPC project quotations, serves internal and external customers, provides technical support and guidance, and develops relationships with customers, vendors, and the district sales team. The position requires a willingness to continually learn about products and receive training. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with overtime as needed. Pay begins at $25 per hour, potentially higher based on experience. The listed pay range is $20.57–$32.91 per hour, and the role is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid state-issued driver's license required.
Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Nice To Haves

One to three years of experience with fasteners, valves, or fittings in the oil and gas industry is highly preferred.
A motivated, customer-service-oriented approach and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities
