About the position
The job overview for this position is that the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation and opportunity creation within the assigned accounts. They will work closely with Account Executives and will receive a percentage of the revenue associated with closed opportunities. As they gain industry and product knowledge, they may be assigned their own accounts and receive commission for closed deals. The ISR will also be involved in the entire sales cycle and will conduct outbound sales activities to engage with prospective customers.

- The Inside Sales Representative will be aligned with two Account Executives.
- The primary focus for the ISR is lead generation and opportunity creation within the accounts assigned to their Account Executives.
- A percentage of the revenue (ACV) associated with closed opportunities with their aligned Account Executives will be paid to the ISR.
- Eventually, an ISR will be assigned their own accounts and receive commission when they are closed.
- The ISR will operate as part of the Account Executive’s team throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and engage with prospective customers in the call center industry.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by effectively managing and nurturing leads through the sales cycle.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in customer organizations.
- Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries generated through various channels.
- Collaborate with the sales Account Executives to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Conduct product presentations, webinars, and online demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
