About the position
The Technical Readiness Analyst (TRA) is responsible for working with clients during the Technical Design phase of the project, ensuring that all technical prerequisites are met before transitioning the client to the Technical Delivery team. This role involves analyzing technical requirements, coordinating with internal and external resources, and acting as the customer-facing, technical point of contact. The TRA supports technical discussions, communicates integration prerequisites, and tracks the status of all technical requirements. Overall, the TRA plays a crucial role in preparing clients for the implementation of Intradiem's intelligent automation solution for customer service teams.
Responsibilities
- Support technical discussions with current and future clients during Technical Design Phase.
- Seek to understand the customer environment in detail in order to ensure integration compatibility.
- Communicate integration prerequisites and documentation.
- Leads discussions regarding network and security requirements with current and future clients.
- Discuss software and hardware requirements with current and future clients.
- Accurately track and communicate prerequisite status internally and externally.
- Proactively drive internal and external resources to complete all technical prerequisites.
Requirements
- Technical Readiness Analyst responsible for working with clients during the Technical Design phase of the project
- Analyzing technical prerequisites within the client and Intradiem environments
- Proactively driving internal and external resources to complete technical prerequisites
- Technical prerequisites may include documentation, licensing, network and security, software, and/or hardware
- Acting as the customer-facing, technical point of contact throughout the Technical Design phase
- Coordinating cross-functionally to answer client inquiries
- Transitioning the client to the Technical Delivery team upon completion of technical prerequisites
- Supporting technical discussions with current and future clients during the Technical Design Phase
- Seeking to understand the customer environment in detail for integration compatibility
- Communicating integration prerequisites and documentation
- Leading discussions regarding network and security requirements with clients
- Discussing software and hardware requirements with clients
- Accurately tracking and communicating prerequisite status internally and externally
