Cloud Security Manager

The Cloud Security Manager is responsible for overseeing the security of Intradiem's network, infrastructure, and applications. This management role involves collaborating with other departments and service providers to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. The manager will also work with development teams to integrate security into the software development life cycle and maintain a comprehensive security framework. Additionally, the Cloud Security Manager will be responsible for responding to security questionnaires from clients, auditors, and insurers.

• Define and enforce compliance and security requirements in building and managing a multi-tenant SaaS public cloud environment.
• Lead and guide the team in obtaining and managing industry standard cloud compliance certifications like ISO 27001/27018, SOC2, PCI, CSA STAR.
• Manage security team members and coordinate activities to deliver security compliance in our growing cloud footprint in AWS.
• Drive sales enablement via ownership of all security questionnaires in the RFP process and customer negotiations regarding security issues.
• Engage and collaborate with other Engineering teams.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Disaster Recovery, Backup, Incident Response, and Business Continuity Testing
• Implementation and certification experience with major security frameworks
• Experience in cloud security technologies, identity management, and AWS security tools
• Interpersonal and collaborative skills to communicate security and risk concepts
• High level of personal integrity and ability to handle confidential matters
• Expert level knowledge on network and security best practices
• Ability and desire to learn new technologies and apply new skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience securing cloud operations in AWS (preferred)
• Security certification, such as CISSP, CCSP or CISA (preferred)
• Work authorization required
