About The Position

InBody is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role focuses on actively engaging prospective customers within the Health & Wellness industry to meet or exceed sales quotas. The representative will be crucial in building customer relationships and aligning them with InBody's values. The ideal candidate will have experience working with end-users and purchasing departments in medical and academic institutions, possess an optimistic, self-starting attitude, and thrive in an entrepreneurial company culture. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Cerritos, CA, reporting to the Sales Division Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • 1+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding quota
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume (50+/day)
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho)
  • Demonstrate a track record of identifying and closing new business using a consultative and collaborative approach
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Travel (up to 10%) for business trips and tradeshows
  • Proficiency with Office365 and type 40+ WPM
  • Able to commute to the office located in Cerritos, CA
  • Travel (up to 10%) for business trips and tradeshows as needed
  • Ability to lift 65lbs

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting and exceeding quota in fitness, nutrition, medical device, pharmaceutical, and/or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell InBody’s professional line of Body Composition Analyzers by strategically presenting functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers to meet and exceed sales quota.
  • Develop and foster relationships by maintaining close communications with existing and prospective clients to close sales and promote customer retention.
  • Execute sales strategies by adhering to current and any updated strategies, KPI’s and policies.
  • Meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team sales quota and goals for new customer acquisition.
  • Track progress and results by recording prospect interactions and tracking goal attainment in CRM system.
  • Research and understand target market by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and InBody’s overall market opportunity.
