Inside Sales Rental Coordinator
About The Position
The Inside Sales Rental Coordinator is a key customer contact who coordinates equipment rentals, schedules deliveries and pickups, manages inventory, and supports sales activities. The role works closely with customers, Outside Sales, and Operations to ensure rental and equipment transactions are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of service. Success requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while building positive customer relationships. QXO is a distributor and installer of building products serving the building products industry. Requirements
- Previous front-line customer service and sales experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
- Eagerness and ability to learn and retain a large amount of product information.
Nice To Haves
- Industry experience with construction or building materials.
- Spanish bilingual proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
- Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
- Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
- Provide support to the Outside Sales team.
- Adhere to pricing guidelines and customer financial services policies.
