About The Position

This role is for an Inside Sales Professional who is bilingual in Spanish and English. The position is located at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role is described as more than a job, but a calling, serving something bigger than a quota. The organization is built on Catholic values, and the individual will act as a missionary disciple, guiding families through the Order of Christian Funerals and their options through consultative, relationship-driven conversations. The role involves accompanying families first and making arrangements second. Sales professionals will work autonomously but be supported by a team. The role is dynamic and fast-paced, with no two days being the same, involving arrangement meetings, committals, and parish outreach.

Requirements

2-4 years working in a sales environment having face-to-face contact with the customer
Interest in working in a Catholic environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying compassionate care, both in person and on the telephone
Strong organization and excellent time management skills
Bilingual Spanish language skills (verbal, and written)
Proficient computers, software, and technology aptitude
Valid Driver's License
