Requirements
- Exceptional Customer Service skills (verbal and written)
- Detail oriented, Self-motivated, Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments, other regional branches and offices, and all external contacts
- Good organizational skills and ability to learn and retain information to build core industry-related skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support and maintain strong relationships with all clients, including multinational customers and key accounts.
- Coordinate and support rate quotations to clients, overseas offices, and/or agents.
- Work with relevant team members for daily shipment status/reporting, introduce product/service features and benefits, qualify prospects, and support the sales team.
- Internally promote with overseas offices and/or agents to increase business volume according to the business plan.
- Support sales for business development and sales leads, including joint sales calls with the sales team, and assist sales in ensuring all daily activities are carried out efficiently.
- Promote products with existing/potential customers and the Dimerco Express Group network, including corporate agents.
