About The Position

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking ambitious, self-directed sales professionals to sell personal lines insurance products and AAA memberships. The role offers paid training at $24.04 per hour for 40 hours per week before agents move to a fully commissioned compensation plan. The commission plan is uncapped; the top 10% of agents earn $95,000–$110,000 or more annually. The company provides comprehensive paid training and ongoing development to support a long-term sales career. Insurance licenses are not required before hire, but agents must be able to obtain and maintain the required licenses during training.

Requirements

• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty / Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses during paid training; these licenses are not required before hire.
• Strong computer skills and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma required.
