About The Position

LendSure Mortgage is hiring Inside Sales Account Executives for its Blue Ash, Ohio production office. The role markets the company’s Non-QM loan products to mortgage brokers and mortgage bankers, including borrowers who do not meet agency and conventional loan qualifications. Account Executives call prospective brokers and bankers through leads and telemarketing channels, while also managing established broker relationships, approvals, education, and customer service related to loan processes, products, and technology. No mortgage experience is required, though sales experience is preferred. The position is in-office, Monday through Friday, with a starting salary of $48,000 plus unlimited commission and an advertised annual range of $48,000–$250,000.

Responsibilities

Call and partner with mortgage brokers and mortgage bankers to offer LendSure loan programs.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with mortgage brokers and other mortgage loan originators, including making 50–75 phone calls per day and conducting email and marketing campaigns.
Learn full product guidelines and present and position the product menu to mortgage brokers and mortgage bankers.
Determine the viability of loans proposed by mortgage loan originators.
Assist mortgage loan originators with loan submissions.
Follow up on outstanding loan closing conditions.
Help ensure loans move promptly to closing.
Manage established broker relationships, including broker approvals, education, and customer service related to process, product, and technology.
