About The Position

JX Enterprises is hiring an Inside Parts Sales III in Elmhurst, Illinois. The role delivers customer service and supports parts sales in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The position manages complex key accounts, develops new commercial business and existing customer relationships, identifies opportunities to expand product offerings, and helps train Level 1 and Level 2 specialists. It also involves collaborating with colleagues and leadership to improve customer experiences and supporting business needs through other assigned duties.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with company systems, procedures, and policies.
Excellent communication skills.
Intermediate computer skills.

Five years of parts, sales, or service experience desired.

Responsibilities

Manage complex key accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction through technical knowledge and high-touch communication.
Research market opportunities, prospect new commercial accounts, and grow the existing customer base to expand market share.
Identify gaps in current inventory and recommend new OEM or aftermarket products and services to management.
Assist with onboarding and coaching Level 1 and Level 2 specialists in catalog research, upselling strategies, and systems training.
Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to support process improvement.
Work with team members and leadership to cultivate positive customer experiences.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the business.
