About The Position

This account management position focuses on maintaining existing accounts in the small-to-medium-sized business sector. The Account Manager works with all levels within the company to help ensure customers remain loyal to Worldwide Express. Account Managers provide executive-level management solutions to customers who have been underserved by their current provider.

Requirements

At least six months of practical experience.
Strong ability to lead multiple concurrent projects and program initiatives from proposal through implementation and client acceptance.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Exceptional written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
Strong customer-facing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Desire to succeed in the business world.
Outstanding collaboration and communication skills at multiple levels.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in communications, business, marketing, and/or management.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify C and D customers through proactive calls.
Retain and grow C and D customers through account reviews.
Penetrate all levels of an account.
Optimize customer growth through additional business.
Solve problems to maintain customer loyalty and manage margins.
Maintain customers’ daily volume.
Transfer check-paying customers to ACH.
Transfer paper invoices to e-Bill.
Follow up by phone and/or email to ensure opportunities have been successfully identified.
Engage with multiple contacts within accounts and collect contact information, including names, positions, whether they are champions or adversarial, and other notes.
