About The Position

The IT Specialist Level 1 provides first-line technical support to end users (staff and residents) across three campuses, assisting with hardware, software, network, and systems issues. This entry-level role is responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, escalating complex issues as needed, and ensuring timely resolution to support business productivity. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Additional formal education, training, or relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff and resident users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or the ticketing system; follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues as needed.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, software applications, and peripherals.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and user account provisioning.
  • Support phone system tasks, including new phone service setup, phone moves, service transfers, and troubleshooting.
