The IT Specialist Level 1 provides first-line technical support to end users (staff and residents) across three campuses, assisting with hardware, software, network, and systems issues. This entry-level role is responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, escalating complex issues as needed, and ensuring timely resolution to support business productivity. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.
