About The Position

This role is for an Information Technology Specialist with a mid-level focus. The position requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field and 3-5 years of related experience. The specialist will be responsible for a wide range of IT tasks including managing security, network infrastructure, and virtual environments.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Microsoft Office experience
• Firewall configuration, management and monitoring experience
• Antivirus configuration, management and monitoring experience
• Security alerts monitoring experience
• Security hardening experience
• VPN & Policies configuration and maintenance experience
• WAN maintenance and monitoring experience
• Firmware update, hotfixes, patches and related apps experience
• Network equipment (firewalls, switches, routers, fiber connection, telecommunication redundancies, velocity and circuit quality) configuration and administration experience
• VMWare virtual environment experience
• Microsoft Server 2012, 2016, and 2019 experience
• Windows OS (Windows 8, 8.1 & 10) experience
• Microsoft Office 2016, 2019 and 365 experience
• Equipment inventory management experience
• Ticketing system experience
• Good verbal and writing communication skills
• Good team work player
• Proficiency in English
• Fast learner

• Availability to work after hours
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proactive approach
