About The Position
The IT Specialist Level 1 provides first-line technical support to staff and residents across three campuses. The role assists with hardware, software, network, and system issues, troubleshoots problems, and escalates more complex issues to help maintain business productivity. The position is performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING’s Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations. It is an on-site role at Trillium Place, with a schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and minimal weekend commitment as part of an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Additional formal education, training, or experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for staff and resident users seeking technical assistance by phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Follow standard operating procedures for service delivery and escalate issues as necessary.
- Install, configure, and update desktop and laptop computers, software applications, and peripherals.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and account provisioning.
- Assist with phone system tasks, including setting up new phone service, phone moves, service transfers, and troubleshooting.
