The job overview for this position is as follows: "The Influencer Community + Amplification Manager at Campbell Ewald will be responsible for recruiting influencer partners, providing influencer recommendations, assisting with creative ideation, managing communication with influencers, supporting client leads, managing budgets and campaigns, tracking and analyzing results, and fostering relationships with influencer partners. The ideal candidate should have experience in influencer campaigns and social media platforms, strong project management skills, in-depth knowledge of paid social media, and the ability to operate independently and deliver results. They should also have a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities."
Responsibilities
- Recruit influencer partners for campaigns, creator studio, and activations
- Provide influencer recommendations for New Business RFPs and existing accounts
- Assist with creative ideation for influencer content and community
- Lead day to day communication with influencers and/or creators regarding briefs, deliverables, and resources
- Provide internal stakeholders and influencer community with support and resources surrounding activations, platform and amplification trends, and creative ideation to ensure brand alignment and optimal performance
- Manage and foster individual brand influencer communities and members of The Exchange's talent network
- Support client leads and influencer partners for in person and virtual influencer productions as needed
- Support development of annual and short term paid search accounts for influencer programs
- Manage and optimize budget and influencer campaigns on paid social platforms regularly
- Track, report, and analyze paid social results for influencer campaigns and programs
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years experience working across multiple influencer campaigns and social media platforms, digital agency experience preferred
- Entrenched in the influencer, social media and branded content landscape
- Keen eye for attention to detail, strong time management skills and proactive in nature
- Proven ability to foster meaningful relationships with influencer partners
- Superb project management skills with experience running large scale influencer campaigns from start to finish
- In-depth experience or understanding of paid social media within Facebook, and preferably with Twitter/Pinterest/Snap as well
- Multi-channel marketing and Paid Search experience preferred
- A team player who shares success and aims to go above and beyond
- Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Clear communicator, both written and verbally with clients, vendors, internal teams, and influencer partners
