Media Supervisor

• Develop and execute strategic media plans for clients
• Present media plans to clients
• Manage and prioritize team daily work flow
• Understand and address the strategic needs of the business
• Maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Carry out buying strategies and negotiate media to maximize investment
• Proactively address process and communications issues
• Coach, guide, and provide performance management for direct reports

• Minimum 4 years of integrated media planning experience across various channels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail

• Working knowledge of media research tools

• Ability to manage multiple clients/assignments in a fast-paced environment

• Healthcare industry and/or Michigan local market media planning and buying experience a plus
