Senior Analyst

Campbell Ewald is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join their expanding Analytics group. The role involves defining and developing cloud-based data solutions and infrastructure, driving the data technology roadmap delivery, and ensuring seamless management and security of business data. The ideal candidate should have a mix of technical expertise and strong business acumen to draw meaningful insights from various data sources. Key responsibilities include data architecture, engineering, integration, SQL querying, business intelligence, data visualization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, 5+ years of data engineering experience, proficiency in data integration and management solutions, and familiarity with GCP services and BI tools. Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills are essential for this client-facing role.

• Assist in defining the data architectural strategy, roadmap, operational plan, and life cycle management for the organization
• Assist in the data engineering and integration process to create data pipelines and model new data sets into data warehousing systems
• Develop architecture supporting end-to-end data integration process using ETL and ELT for structured and unstructured data
• Write complex SQL queries for analyzing data and evaluating backend database structures
• Design and recommend business intelligence and data visualization solutions for providing clients with clear actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement data strategies and build robust data flows
• Assist in the technical implementation of tag management solutions
• Identify gaps in data capture and recommend and implement data enhancements
• Partner with team leads to implement and maintain best practices around data strategy and analytics
• Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline
• Have 5+ years of experience in data engineering solutions development, enterprise architecture, and integration with downstream transactional systems
• Possess data integration skills in ETL, enterprise data management solutions, report writing, SQL authoring, API protocols, and requirements gathering and documentation
• Have extensive data design and architecture experience with a focus on data warehouses, reporting, data lakes, aggregation, and integration
• Have extensive experience with GCP services and BI solutions such as Domo, Tableau, and Power BI
• Preferably have hands-on software development experience
• Have extensive tag management experience, with Google GTM being a must
• Preferably have prior agency experience
• Have digital analytics experience including site taxonomy, visitor intent, segmentation, website structure, voice of customer, CRM, user behavior, and ROI optimization
• Have omnichannel analytics experience in optimizing marketing campaigns across social/influence, search, and content media platforms
• Have experience with digital platforms including Google's DV360, CM360, and SA360
• Possess excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting insights to clients
• Have excellent project management skills and a consultative approach in guiding clients towards achieving their growth goals
• Have storytelling ability to communicate the impact of insights on client business
• Be adaptable, willing to learn, and eager to share knowledge with other team members
• Have superior multitasking skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
• Allocate time to research and recommend emerging trends
• Be a team player and able to communicate with other team members across different offices throughout the country.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering solutions development, enterprise architecture, and integration with downstream transactional systems
• Data integration skills in ETL, enterprise data management solutions, report writing, SQL authoring, API protocols, and requirements gathering and documentation
• Extensive data design and architecture experience with a focus on data warehouses, reporting, data lakes, aggregation, and integration such as BigQuery and Domo
• Extensive experience with GCP services
• BI solutions experience in Domo, Tableau, Power BI, Looker Data Studio
• Preferred hands-on software development experience, including JavaScript, HTML, C++/C#, CSS, PHP, and Python
• Extensive tag management experience, with Google GTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium iQ, and ObservePoint preferred
• Prior agency experience preferred
• Digital analytics experience including site taxonomy, visitor intent, segmentation, website structure, voice of customer, CRM, user behavior, and ROI optimization
• Omnichannel analytics in identifying the user journey to optimize marketing campaigns across social/influence, search, and content media platforms
• Digital platforms including Google's DV360, CM360, and SA360
