About The Position

This position plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and administration of the IRA program at Blattner. The role involves comprehensive collaboration with Internal Controls, Site Teams, Avon departments, Subcontractors, and Sub-Tiers to ensure adherence to Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and domestic content requirements. Key responsibilities include researching and resolving issues, document and file management, and training and educating site teams and Avon departments on IRA policies and standards, along with creating and maintaining essential documentation to facilitate program administration. This position is pivotal in developing and recommending strategies to enhance program efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

  • Associate degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive related experience required.
  • Strong Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with Internal Controls, Site Teams, Avon departments, Subcontractors, and Sub-Tiers to review reports and ensure corrective measures are taken to ensure compliance with IRA requirements for prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and domestic content.
  • Conducts training and education sessions for Site Teams and departments on IRA policies and standards, promoting program understanding and implementation.
  • Produces documentation, process maps, and presentations to support IRA program administration and communication.
  • Proposes solutions and recommendations from various administrative alternatives, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Performs day-to-day administrative and programmatic tasks, including document and file management, to ensure smooth program operations.
