About The Position
Jovie is hiring experienced, engaging caregivers to provide in-home care for infants and toddlers with local families throughout Glendale, California. The position offers full-time or part-time work, daytime hours, flexible scheduling, supportive leadership, and opportunities for professional growth. Assignments vary according to family needs, caregiver availability, and scheduling preferences. Most assignments involve infants and toddlers, though some may occasionally include older children. Caregivers receive orientation and training and are matched with families suited to their experience and availability. Pay is $20–$22.25 per hour, with overtime pay, and pay dates are every two weeks.
Requirements
- At least one year of infant childcare experience. Relevant experience may come from nannying, babysitting, daycare, preschool, church nursery, or other childcare settings; experience working with family and friends does not count.
- Enjoy working with infants.
- Be dependable and professional.
- Communicate well with parents and children.
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Provide at least two references related to childcare work and one character reference.
- Be at least 18 years old.

- Monday–Friday availability is preferred.
