About The Position

As an Infant Floater Teacher, you will work with older infants and young toddlers, providing a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs. You will build trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates and create a safe, stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and early learning.

You will collaborate with the teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold the school’s commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have an awarded high school diploma or GED.
• Have completed 12 Core ECE Units, including 3 Infant Toddler Units, or have an awarded Child Development Associate (CDA) in Infant Toddler.
• Have a minimum of 6 months of prior teaching experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Have a nurturing personality, patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
