About The Position

As an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher, you provide daily care for each child in your classroom while following licensing guidelines and company standards. You observe and assess children, plan learning experiences, and communicate effectively with families. You complete training covering child care, preschool, and development topics, and implement the company’s proprietary curriculum through fun, interactive experiences. The role requires engaging in physical activity with children and being able to work indoors or outdoors.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have at least 6 months of experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
• Have a minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Meet state requirements for background checks, immunizations, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
