About The Position

Phoenixville Area Children's Learning Centers (PACLC), a nonprofit early childhood education organization with three locations in the Phoenixville area, is hiring experienced Lead Teachers for infant and toddler classrooms. The role involves creating a warm, engaging, play-based classroom where children feel safe and excited to learn. Teachers plan developmentally appropriate activities using Creative Curriculum, support each child’s individual growth, build positive relationships with families, and collaborate with fellow educators. Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with infants or toddlers.
• Warm, patient, dependable, and enthusiastic approach.
• Enjoy planning creative, hands-on learning experiences.
• Strong communication with families and coworkers.
• Take pride in creating a positive classroom environment.
