About The Position

Braze is hiring an Industry Marketing Lead to build its Retail & Consumer Goods business. The role owns how Braze is positioned in the retail market, from industry strategy and narrative to product launches, go-to-market programs, sales plays, and customer and partner evidence. The Lead serves as a senior strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, Product Management, Partnerships, company leadership, and other marketing teams, using industry knowledge and field insight to align Braze’s value proposition with retail business outcomes. In the first 90 days, the Lead will learn about Braze’s retail customers, sellers, and partners and lead retail messaging and partner storylines for Shoptalk. The role is based in the United States, with listed locations in Austin, New York City, San Francisco, and Chicago. The expected starting base pay range is $125,000–$175,000 per year, with expected on-target earnings of $146,000–$208,000 per year, including bonus or commission. Offers may vary based on location and job-related factors. The role also qualifies for restricted stock units and a benefits package. Braze describes its working approach as hybrid.
