About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with thousands of CPG brands. We aim to bypass traditional high-priced distributors by combining a digital platform with face-to-face relationships. Independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust while we provide the inventory, digital catalog, and logistics. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to grow their own local sales territory in the Miami Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will operate your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by a mobile app and a catalog of thousands of top-selling items.
Requirements
- Must operate as your own entity.
- Must provide your own valid driver's license.
- Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
- Comfort with cold pitching and persistence.
- Ability to work independently and execute your own sales strategy.
- Sales or hustle experience (B2B sales, delivery routes, independent contracting preferred).
Responsibilities
- Targeting independent retailers across the Miami Metro Area, including convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and other independently owned businesses selling CPG goods.
- Conducting independent outreach by walking into stores, engaging with decision-makers, and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
- Building relationships by prospecting new stores, earning owner trust, and managing client relationships.
- Driving volume by using the mobile app to facilitate initial orders and actively managing accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
