About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with thousands of CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for high-priced middleman distributors by combining our digital platform with face-to-face relationships. Our independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust while we provide the inventory, digital catalog, and logistics. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to take over and grow their own local sales territory in the Miami Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will run your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by an easy-to-use phone app and a catalog of thousands of top-selling items. You will target independent retailers such as convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, and smoke shops, focusing on building relationships and driving volume through initial orders and continuous re-orders facilitated by our mobile app.
Requirements
- Operate as your own entity.
- Provide your own valid driver's license.
- Have a reliable vehicle to get around.
- Possess a smartphone with a data plan.
- Comfort with cold pitching and not taking 'no' personally.
- Enjoy the freedom of running your own day and executing your own sales strategy without direct supervision.

Responsibilities
- Target independent retailers across the Miami Metro Area (convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and any independently owned business selling CPG goods).
- Walk into stores, get past the counter, and pitch the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
- Prospect new stores and earn the owner's trust.
- Manage your own client relationships.
- Use our mobile app to facilitate initial orders.
- Actively manage accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
