About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with thousands of CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for costly middlemen distributors by providing a digital platform and leveraging the power of face-to-face relationships. As an independent sales partner, you will be the face of RepRally, building local trust and growing your own book of business while we provide the inventory, digital catalog, and logistics. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to take over and grow their own local sales territory in the Tampa Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will run your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by our mobile app and a catalog of thousands of top-selling items. You will target independent retailers such as convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, and smoke shops, focusing on building relationships and driving sales through our mobile app for initial orders and continuous re-orders.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable vehicle.
- Smartphone with a data plan.
- Comfort with cold pitching and following up until an account is closed.
- Ability to operate independently and execute your own sales strategy.

Responsibilities
- Target independent retailers across the Tampa Metro Area (convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, etc.).
- Walk into stores and pitch the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
- Prospect new stores, earn the owner's trust, and manage client relationships.
- Use the mobile app to facilitate initial orders.
- Actively manage accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
