RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with thousands of CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for high-priced middleman distributors by combining our digital platform with face-to-face relationships. Independent sales partners are crucial to our network, acting as the face of RepRally. We provide the inventory, digital catalog, and logistics, while you build local trust and grow your own book of business. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to take over and grow their own local sales territory in the Dallas Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will run your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by our mobile app and a catalog of thousands of top-selling items.

Requirements

Sales or hustle experience is valued; a refusal to give up is essential.
Comfort with cold pitching and following up until an account is closed.
Enjoy the freedom of running your own day and executing your own sales strategy independently.
Must provide your own valid driver's license.
Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation.
Must have a smartphone with a data plan.

Responsibilities

Targeting independent retailers across the Dallas Metro Area, including convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and any independently owned business selling CPG goods.
Walking into stores, getting past the counter, and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
Prospecting new stores, earning the owner's trust, and managing your own client relationships.
Using our mobile app to facilitate initial orders and actively managing accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
