We aim to eliminate the need for large distributors by combining a digital platform with personal relationships. Independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust while RepRally provides inventory, a digital catalog, and logistics. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to grow their own local sales territory in Austin, TX. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will operate your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential with the support of a mobile app and a catalog of thousands of top-selling items.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is beneficial, but a strong drive and persistence are key.
• Comfort with cold pitching and following up until an account is closed.
• Ability to operate independently, manage your own day, and execute your own sales strategy.
• Must provide your own valid driver's license.
• Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan.

Responsibilities

• Targeting independent retailers across the Austin Metro Area, including convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and other independently owned businesses selling CPG goods.
• Conducting independent outreach by walking into stores, engaging with decision-makers, and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
• Managing relationships by prospecting new stores, earning owner trust, and maintaining client relationships.
• Driving volume by using a mobile app to facilitate initial orders and actively managing accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
