We aim to eliminate the need for high-priced middleman distributors by combining our digital platform with face-to-face relationships. Independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust while we provide inventory, a digital catalog, and logistics. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to grow their own local sales territory in the Houston Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will run your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by a mobile app and a catalog of thousands of top-selling items.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Targeting independent retailers across the Houston Metro Area, including convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and other independently owned businesses selling CPG goods.
Conducting independent outreach by walking into stores, engaging with decision-makers, and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
Building relationships by prospecting new stores, earning owner trust, and managing client relationships.
Driving volume by using the mobile app to facilitate initial orders and actively managing accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
