About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with thousands of CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for high-priced middleman distributors by combining our digital platform with face-to-face relationships. Independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust while we provide inventory, a digital catalog, and logistics. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to grow their own local sales territory in the Houston Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will run your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by our mobile app and a catalog of thousands of top-selling items. You will target independent retailers such as convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, and smoke shops, pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners, prospecting new stores, earning trust, and managing client relationships. You will use our mobile app to facilitate initial orders and actively manage accounts for continuous, high-volume re-orders.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is a plus, but a refusal to give up is what matters.
- Comfort with cold pitching and following up until an account is closed.
- Love for the freedom of running your own day and executing your own sales strategy without a boss.
- Must operate as your own entity.
- Must provide your own valid driver's license.
- Must provide a reliable vehicle.
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
