About The Position
RBC Bearings is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineering Trainee with high energy, passion, and motivation. The company will provide an extensive, in-depth 6-month training program at its corporate headquarters in Oxford, Connecticut, focusing on bearing products, applications, selling methods, and effective communication techniques. The training program includes opportunities to visit various RBC divisions across the United States. Upon successful completion of the training, the trainee will be assigned a sales territory and home base, with approximately 50% travel required within the territory. The role involves selling RBC Bearings' products directly to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and industrial distributors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, or Business
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Technical Sales Experience and sales training
- Initiative driven by strong social and interpersonal skills to support external sales
- Adaptability
