About The Position

RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with thousands of CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for high-priced middleman distributors by combining our digital platform with face-to-face relationships. Our independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust while we provide the inventory, digital catalog, and logistics. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to manage and grow their own local sales territory in the San Antonio Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will operate as your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by a mobile app and a vast product catalog. You will target independent retailers such as convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, and smoke shops, focusing on building relationships and driving initial and repeat orders through our mobile app.

Responsibilities

Take over and grow a local sales territory in the San Antonio Metro Area.
Target independent retailers including convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, and smoke shops.
Walk into stores, get in touch with decision-makers, and pitch the RepRally platform.
Prospect new stores and build trust with business owners.
Manage client relationships.
Use the mobile app to facilitate initial orders.
Actively manage accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
